How to Prevent Autism

Did you know that people showing others how to prevent autism in their children by using some very easy and basic ideas?


We can help you protect your family from the devastating diagnosis of autism by giving you some simple ways to even help children before they're born.

We know that there are direct correlations between toxins and autism. It is important for pregnant women, and women trying to become pregnant, to remove toxins from their diet and from their environment.

For example, meats have the highest concentration of pesticides. Therefore, while a woman is pregnant it is important that she have a healthy diet, with minimal meat intake to reduce the amount of toxins she is putting into her body.

It’s also important for pregnant women to get vitamins and minerals that will help her body detoxify and get rid of the harmful toxins in her body. Pregnant women should get good levels of vitamin D and zinc as they are both important for detoxifying.
